Craftsman mower with briggs & stratton 190cc 8.75. High idle problem...?

Craftsman mower with briggs & stratton 190cc 8.75. Wife hit a stump and sheared the flywheel key. i replaced the key and now the engine idle is too high. There is no idle adjust that i can find. I cleaned the carb. The throttle spring works fine. New gas. New air filter. Any thoughts?
