The republic party have majority of seats in very house except senate?

The Republican Party has a majority in Congress. The Senate is controlled by a slight Democratic majority. The President is also a Democrat. Legislation, regardless of where it originates must pass through both the House, and Senate before going to the President for signage, or veto. Constitutionality, is then determined by the courts.
