Ive had razor bumps for two weeks help.?

I've had these razor bumps for about to weeks.it's not really red,more skin color than anything. Umm I've been putting three antibiotic ointment and cleaning it with old spice body wash every morning.there seems to be no hair growing in those spots.it's right in my pubic hair area.any opinions to help it go away?I don't know if it helps but I shaved today and I cleaned it before and after I shaved then after I ruined cold water over it for a minute.any help?
